2. DEFINITIONS

• Customer: Natural or legal person who purchases the products offered on the site.
• Products: The goods offered for sale on the estatetorretta.it website.
• Sales contract: The agreement concluded between Società Agricola Tenuta Torretta del F.Lli Cori and the Customer for the purchase of the Products.

3. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of the products offered by the Company through the estatetorretta.it website. The contract is concluded with the acceptance of the order by the Company and the sending of the order confirmation to the Customer.

4. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

However, the Company does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of all the products offered on the site. In case of unavailability, the Customer will be promptly informed and the order can be canceled with a refund of the amount paid.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices indicated on the site are expressed in Euros and include VAT. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied will be that indicated at the time of the order. Payment can be made using the methods indicated on the site (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order. Delivery times may vary based on destination and product availability. The Company is not responsible for any delays not attributable to it.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the products, without the need to specify the reason, and obtain a refund of the amount paid. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Company by email or registered letter and return the products intact and unused.

8. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

All products sold on the site are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code. In case of defects of conformity, the Customer has the right to have the product repaired or replaced, without additional costs, or to an adequate reduction in the price or to the termination of the contract.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the purchase of products. Furthermore, the Company will not be responsible in the event of delay or failure to execute contractual obligations due to causes of force majeure.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
